Professional & Caring Staff – All Pet Staffers that would work with you have an impressive array of animal experience and provide the love, attention and skilled care you would expect from a professional. Our staff is very aware that you view your pet as an integral member of your family. Some are vet techs or vets in training. Some own or have owned animals for years, and some live vicariously through the pets they provide for. But all share a deep love for animals, all are college educated, and all are service-oriented individuals.

Peace of Mind – The Pet Staff is fully licensed, bonded and insured and is a participating member of Pet Sitters International and The National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. We perform reference and background checks through a leading national service – we screen for the best, so that you don't have to!

Service Selection – The Pet Staff offers a variety of different in-home services that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. Tell us about any special requests you may have and we'll do our best to accommodate you and your pet.

Availability & Coverage Area – Have you ever found yourself scheduling your trip around your pet sitter's availability? Not with The Pet Staff! Our large qualified staff and geographic coverage insure that we will be available whenever and wherever you need us. We've invested heavily in information systems that allow substitute sitters to be able to seamlessly cover for your primary sitter when they're not available or have an unforeseen emergency.

Business Office – We maintain a regular business office to handle all scheduling and administration. No waiting by the phone for a return call or sitting by your computer waiting for an e-mail response. The Pet Staff office employees are regularly available answering phones M-F from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm for your added convenience. On weekends we check messages and e-mail every 30 minutes between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm providing you with responsive 7-day per week access to our Scheduling Call Center.

Members of the Community – The Pet Staff supports a wide variety of animal welfare causes throughout the year. A generous portion of our revenue is donated to support animal rescue organizations and shelters across Southern California to benefit less fortunate animals. These include Best Friends (www.bestfriends.org), Much Love Animal Rescue (www.muchlove.org), The spcaLA (www.spcala.com), Pet Orphans Fund (www.petorphans.org), and PAWS/LA (www.pawsla.org) to name a few.
