Charges are based on time, not based on # of pets. We do not charge additional for extra pets. If you have more than 2 dogs or more than 4 pets total, we recommend longer than 30-minutes per visit in order to provide ample care for all of the pets in your household.
*For dogs, overnights include a walk when the sitter arrives, a potty break before bedtime and a walk in the morning before they leave

Holiday Cancellation Policy: We have a 7-day cancellation policy for pet sitting trips that span holidays. Please notify us 7 days before departure if you need to cancel in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before your departure date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
